The solder seal wire connectors come with an IP67 water-resistant rating. After being heated, they shrink, and water will not be able to go inside, preventing any short circuit issues. These connectors are widely used on boats, vehicles, motorcycles, homes, factories, or in marine environments.

The polyolefin tubing outside and hot melt adhesive inside make the connection strong and waterproof. We suggest setting the temperature of the hot air gun between 400-600°C (752-1112°F) for the best results.
